GET A PLAN

Making a commitment to walk or exercise of any kind is easier if you have a plan. What makes a plan? Here's what you need:

A body with feet
Some comfy shoes and socks
A place
A time

The HARD PART is the time. But, that's the thing you have the most power over because you can be flexible.

PUT IT ON A POST IT NOTE ON THE COFFEEMAKER.
PUT IT ON A POST IT NOTE ON THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR.
WRITE IT IN LIPSTICK ON YOUR BATHROOM MIRROR. ok, don't do this. it leaves a mess.

PUT IT ON YOUR CALENDAR.
WRITE IT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BOOK.
LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT YOU WALK FROM ____ to ____ (NO MATTER WHAT!)
Then - PLEASE do it.
