It's been almost a month since I posted here! I've thought about posting several times over that month, but no follow through, obviously. But, I have been walking - the days when I haven't been sick. Spring (such as it has been in St. Louis) has been hard on asthmatics this year and I've fallen prey to its harshness. But, I'm back on the trail for good - Gosh, I hope! Fingers crossed.
Since it's so windy outside today, I'm walking inside. Not risking another weather induced asthma attack. I've also been able to keep up with most of my dance schedule. I've found a new place to dance that is FUN, FUN, FUN! The dances are easier and for the entire 90 minutes, we only take a brief break, so it's a great aerobic workout too!
There are several local parks that have been written about in the newspaper that I want to walk. I've also checked some of the local info available at geocaching.com to discover other areas that might appeal to me. There's a fairly new park near my house, but no paved walking trails. Rats!
