Not that I did...I had a bad walking week last week. Not that I didn't walk, but I didn't enjoy it. I had forgotten why I started walking in the first place. To get off blood pressure meds, to lose weight, and to get my blood sugar under control. If not, I will be a full blown diabetic in a few years.

I had forgotten that, the reasons that I walk.
I learned another thing about myself. I need to walk in the morning. If not, then it nags at me all day, and I am usually more tired in the later part of the day.

So this morning, I remembered why I started walking, and got my shoes on, and walked a mile. We have a trail through the woods, and that is where I like to walk, alone, thinking and praying, and getting those steps in.

So my walking is done for the day. yay.
By the way, my bp was down 10 points when I got it taken last week. yay
Onward to walking, onward to better health.Pattys Placehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00390247374471905164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1264844350146374700.post-22502873926712353562011-08-15T09:19:19.608-05:002011-08-15T09:19:19.608-05:00You didn't think the hills at Longmeadow Farm ...You didn't think the hills at Longmeadow Farm were too much? It's one of my favorite places to walk. I usually do two trips on the interior loop.

We still need to walk on the trail in Valley Park. There's a trailhead on the right side of 141 just before you get to the river.Kathy Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10593849691667606991noreply@blogger.com
